HEALING WITH
YOGA & AYURVEDA

We celebrate yoga as a way to light your inner fire and to bring your mind to focus. Through the physical asana, the breathing, the meditations and the philosophy, the practice of yoga guides you not only back to yourself, but back to consciousness as a whole.

Alongside this tool, is the sister of Yoga: Ayurveda. Ayurveda is known as the science of life, and through a deep understanding of our physical and energetic constitutions, we can guide true healing through diet, lifestyle and energetic practices.

Through these two ancient paths, you will be able to clear the blockages of the mind and truly see yourself. To unlock the ability to listen to the whispers of what your soul truly desires.

UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

Weekly Yoga Classes

Every Sunday 9:30-10:30am
at Peek Hall, Rousdon, Dorset UK

Following the style of hatha yoga, we will learn the basic asanas (postures) in a way that is safe and comfortable for the body, whatever your capability. To understand that Yoga is not about flexibility, but connection to self and spirit.

Hatha Yoga translates as "Ha" & "Tha" meaning sun and moon. Most likely it is the style of Yoga you will have experienced in a general Yoga class, but the aim is to balance the opposing energies: sun & moon, masculine & feminine, and to bring harmony to the different energy channels in the body.

We will work through flows and postures which can be adjusted to all abilities. Yoga is about cultivating internal flexibility and strength, as much as it is the external postures.

This class is donation based either by cash or Paypal donation.

Do let me know if you have any questions or worries, and please bring a mat if you have one.

INTRODUCTION TO AYURVEDA

Understanding the Doshas

In this workshop we will explore the basic concepts of Ayurveda in relation to our individual doshas (our constitutions) and how these relate to the mind and body.

We will be exploring your unique doshic constitution, and practical advice on diet and lifestyle tips to remain in balance.

We will discuss the different health symptoms which may be related to each dosha, so that you can feel empowered in your own healing.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, constipation, bloating, vaginal dryness, loss of libido, acid reflux or feeling stuck in life, Ayurveda truly explains everything, and most importantly, how to return to balance.

Sunday 26th May 4-5pm
Blossoms Wellness Centre, Kilmington, Devon
