EVERYDAY YOGI: A DAILY PRACTICE PROGRAM



What is Everyday Yogi?
I designed this program to facilitate an immersive practice experience. To explore different pranayama, meditation, asana, and styles of Yoga.
The effect of Yoga is cumulative. It is great to go to a class once a week, but the deepest benefits come from a consistent, regular practice. It doesn't always need to be a physical asana practice. But taking time on the mat daily is where the next level of transformation lies.
Everyday Yogi is a combination of both online & in-person practices, from myself (Emily Pulletz) and guest teachers from India.
The next program is running from
Monday 5th January - Saturday 10th January 2026.
The cost if £50 for 6 Yoga Sessions.
